Employee Relations Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our nonprofit client with an Employee Relations Specialist. This position will be 100% onsite, and a full-time, short-term contract opportunity through August.
This position will be focused on employee relations specifically, assisting the HR manager with diligent and unbiased investigations of any reported misconduct and/or other incidents within the workplace. This individual will also support management with correctional action and documentation as needed throughout the investigations process. Interested individuals must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to different tasks throughout the day.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years HR experience within employee relations
- Must be proficient working within HRIS Software
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Ability to work well with a wide array of individuals and communicate accordingly
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgement decisions in high-pressure situations
