We are seeking a Project Coordinator with an engineering background to support construction-related projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has already completed at least one engineering internship within the construction industry and is looking to grow.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with coordination and execution of construction and engineering projects from initiation through completion
Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and completeness
Track budgets, expenses, and project milestones
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and logs
Participate in project meetings and provide status updates
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Construction, or related field required)
Must have completed at least one prior engineering internship within the construction industry

Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Exposure to project management tools or construction software is a plus



Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
