LHH is recruiting for a unique Estate Planning Professional opportunity in Camas, WA, ideal for an experienced trusts & estates professional who enjoys working directly with clients but is interested in stepping outside of the traditional law firm environment.

What You???ll Do:

• Work directly with high-net-worth clients
• Review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, buy/sell agreements, and related estate planning documents
• Evaluate client goals, assets, and existing estate plans
• Help clients understand estate planning concepts and considerations
• Identify potential gaps or risks in existing plans
• Collaborate with financial planning, investment, and tax professionals
• Serve as a trusted estate planning resource for clients and internal partners

What We???re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in trusts & estates or estate planning
• Experience working with complex estates and trusts
• Background may include experience as an attorney, estate planner, law clerk, paralegal, legal assistant, or comparable estate planning professional
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Compensation & Benefits:

• Approx. $130K???$165K total compensation
• 100% employer-paid medical and dental premiums for employees and qualifying dependents
• 401(k) with company match
• 20 PTO days + 10 paid holidays
• Up to 75 WFH days annually once eligible under the hybrid program
• Relocation assistance may be available for qualifying out-of-state hires
