Executive Administrative Assistant– Onsite, Indianapolis
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting top executives? LHH is currently seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant for a fully onsite opportunity with a top client on the east side of Indianapolis.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage complex, fast-paced calendars and scheduling for C-suite or executive leaders
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure executives are fully prepared
• Track deliverables, follow up on action items, and keep projects on schedule
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to set and maintain timelines
• Draft professional communications and maintain strong relationships across teams
• Proactively identify ways to streamline processes and boost productivity
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years supporting senior executives (VP or C-suite) in dynamic environments
• Proven expertise in complex calendaring and high-volume coordination
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive accountability
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft 365, Teams, and productivity tools
• Adaptable, organized, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
