Executive Assistant (Contract) – Manufacturing Industry
Location: Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA)
Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 annualized (contract)

Overview
LHH is seeking an Executive Assistant for our client, a fast‑paced manufacturing organization in Downtown Los Angeles. This role requires high‑level administrative support on a contract basis. This role supports senior leadership and plays a key part in keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex logistics
Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and invoices
Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications
Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Support ad hoc projects and assist with operational priorities as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional
Experience supporting executives in fast‑paced environments; food and beverage or hospitality experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
