Executive Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions  is currently seeking an Executive Assistant, with 7 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Temp to Perm opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize the General Counsel’s calendar, including global meetings, travel arrangements, and legal briefings
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups on legal and compliance matters
  • Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, presentations, and reports for executive and board-level review
  • Organize and maintain confidential legal files, contracts, and regulatory documentation in accordance with company policies
  • Liaise with internal departments, external counsel, and international stakeholders to support legal operations and initiatives
  • Assist in the planning and execution of legal department projects, including compliance audits, litigation tracking, and governance activities
  • Support the General Counsel in board and committee meeting preparation, including agenda development and document distribution
  • Monitor deadlines and deliverables related to legal filings, regulatory submissions, and contract renewals
  • Handle expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking for the legal department
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of legal and corporate affairs
Qualifications:
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask
Experience:
  • 5-10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting C Suite

Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
