Executive Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity within the Fabric and Textile industry, located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, meeting logistics, and day to day scheduling needs, ensuring leaders stay ahead of commitments.
Handle email monitoring, drafting responses, preparing documents, and keeping communications organized and timely.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, reservations, and necessary prep work for both business and occasional personal errands or appointments.
Assist with basic personal support such as running small errands, managing gift orders, overseeing household vendor coordination, or helping with personal scheduling when needed.
Support small projects by tracking deadlines, gathering information, preparing summaries, and helping move tasks forward for the leadership team.
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow up notes, and monitor action items to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Maintain organized filing systems — digital and physical — and keep information accessible and up to date.
Help coordinate team events, business dinners, and cross departmental meetings.
Process expenses and assist with light budget tracking or vendor paperwork.
Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal staff, external partners, and personal service providers.
Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years of Executive Assistant or Administrative experience
Work Site: Onsite
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $65,000-75,000/yr
