Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Overview:
Our client in Santa Monica is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in a fast‑paced, professional environment. The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, detail‑oriented, and skilled in managing executive calendars, communication, and workflows. This role supports leadership with daily operations, scheduling, document preparation, and special projects while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for executives
• Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office Suite
• Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Support meeting logistics: agendas, minutes, follow‑up actions
• Maintain organized filing systems and office documentation
• Assist with project coordination and administrative initiatives
• Anticipate needs, problem‑solve, and support executives proactively
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support professional
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Monica, Monday–Friday
• Proven ability to support executives in dynamic, fast‑moving environments
• Strong judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism
Pay Details: $75,000.00 per year
