Title: Finance Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Setting: 100% Onsite

Compensation: $100k - $115k base + 5% bonus

 

Description:

We’re partnering with a growing company in a project-driven sector (such as architecture, landscaping, or homebuilding) to find a Finance Manager who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys building scalable processes.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with project managers to forecast revenue and analyze profitability
• Oversee and support a small team handling AP/AR/Payroll
• Improve financial processes and reporting systems
• Lead the transition from QuickBooks Enterprise to a larger ERP (e.g., NetSuite)

 

Who We’re Looking For:

• 7–20 years of experience in finance/accounting
• Background in project-based industries with <$50M in revenue
• Strong QuickBooks Enterprise skills; Large ERP exposure is a plus
• Confident communicator who can push back when needed
• Proven stability and tenure in previous roles

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
