Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, scanning, and document management
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience 
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases 
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, or order processing, including handling basic account inquiries
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office logistics such as conference room scheduling
  • Support team members with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or data entry roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or other database systems is a plus


Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
