Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, scanning, and document management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Assist with billing, invoicing, or order processing, including handling basic account inquiries
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office logistics such as conference room scheduling
- Support team members with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or data entry roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or other database systems is a plus
Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
