We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for one of our Buckhead- based clients. This role will partner closely with Finance and business leaders to provide insights that drive informed decision-making and support organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling skills, experience analyzing large data sets, and the ability to clearly communicate financial results to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments

  • Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, trends, and scenarios

  • Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability to identify risks and opportunities

  • Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting support

  • Create dashboards and presentations for leadership using financial and operational data

  • Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership to support strategic initiatives

  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain strong internal controls

  • Ad hoc financial analysis and support as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

  • 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial models)

  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate finance, professional services, or mid-to-large organizations

  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools

  • CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification

  • Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes



Pay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
