We're partnering with a growing and highly successful organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.
In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with executive leadership and department leaders to provide meaningful financial insights, drive budgeting initiatives, and support strategic decision-making across multiple business units.
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of accounting, financial analysis, or related experience
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across all levels of leadership
• Ability to balance detailed analysis with big-picture thinking
