Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Compensation: $70k to $85k annually

Position Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a growing team in Phoenix. This position will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis while partnering with internal teams to provide insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail oriented, and comfortable working with large amounts of financial data in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
• Review financial results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting
• Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools
• Analyze operational and financial data to support business decisions
• Track performance against budgets and forecasts
• Assist with account reconciliations and financial reporting as needed
• Partner with accounting and operational teams to ensure accurate financial information
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and nonfinancial stakeholders
• Experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems preferred

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
