We’re hiring an Financial Operations Analyst in Dallas, TX (hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) to support our high-performing Investment & Monetary Controls team. This team ensures the accuracy of investment settlements, reconciliations, and sub-accounting functions tied to mutual funds, alternative investments, and money markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Reconcile daily investment activity and resolve discrepancies in trades and transactions

• Monitor cash and position breaks and escalate risk items appropriately

• Support audits, testing, and process documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams and external fund managers to deliver accurate, timely investment data

• Assist in ensuring the integrity of custody, settlement, and fund accounting processes

Ideal Candidates:

• Recent finance/accounting grads eager to build a long-term career in investment operations

• Professionals with 1–3 years of financial services or accounting experience looking to grow within a large financial institution

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
