Claims Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze claims related to bankruptcy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

• Conduct detailed investigations to verify the validity of claims and identify any discrepancies.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information.

• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on claim findings and recommendations.

• Maintain accurate records of all claims and related documentation.

• Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding bankruptcy claims and related matters.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to claims and bankruptcy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Claims, Fraud, or Research Analyst, with a focus on bankruptcy claims being a plus.

• Strong understanding of systems and developing procedures

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
