Front Desk Coordinator

Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for an immediate, onsite contract opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling front desk responsibilities along with data entry and basic Excel work.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Enter and update information in Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
- Prior front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
- Basic Excel skills required (entering and updating information)
- Strong data entry and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work onsite 100% and start immediately
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
