LHH Recruitment is looking to fill a receptionist position. This job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
  • Perform basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scanning)
  • Support project managers and office staff with day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an office or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask effective


Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
