Housing Case Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Housing Case Manager for our nonprofit client located in Downtown San Diego. This position will be 100% onsite, full time, contract to hire opportunity for our client.
This position will be focused on supporting our client's interim housing environment and will be helping program participants with supportive services including documentation, medical and behavioral health services, and other resources to support their housing journey. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working with individuals who are experiencing homelessness, mental health ailments and/or substance abuse ailments.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree desired (not required)
- Minimum 2 years case management/social services experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish desired (not required)
- Empathy and compassion towards others while being able to maintain a professional boundary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy within case notes
- Can work well with a wide array of individuals from all walks of life
- Able to work well under pressure and de-escalate situations
