Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and leave programs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in HRIS systems
- Support open enrollment activities and communications
- Collaborate with payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate deductions and reporting
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies (e.g., ACA, COBRA, FMLA)
- Work closely with vendors and carriers to resolve discrepancies and manage escalations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
- 2+ years of HR or benefits administration experience
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and applicable regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred
