Key Responsibilities
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes
Coordinate recruiting activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, background checks, and new‑hire paperwork
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records in HRIS and personnel files
Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment support, and employee inquiries
Support payroll coordination, timekeeping, and data audits as needed
Respond to employee questions and direct matters appropriately while maintaining confidentiality
Assist with HR reporting, compliance tracking, and documentation (I‑9s, audits, policies)
Provide administrative support for HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements
Partner with managers and HR leadership to ensure a positive employee experience
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in an HR, HR Coordinator, or HR Administrative role
Working knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and recruiting support
Experience using HRIS and ATS platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Professional communication skills and a high level of discretion

Schedule: Onsite, M- F, 8-5 PM
Employment type: Contract to hire
Compensation: $23-25/hr.
Location: Dallas, TX 75244
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
