HR Generalist – Contract to Hire (Onsite)

🕗 Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💲 $35–$36 per hour
We’re seeking an experienced HR Generalist for our client in Agoura Hills! This is an onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity with a stable, growing company. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, has strong HR administrative and employee relations experience, and enjoys working in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
Assist with payroll processing and employee record maintenance
Handle employee relations, performance management support, and policy compliance
Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure confidentiality of all employee data
Support HR projects and process improvements as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required – both verbal and written
3+ years of HR Generalist experience
Knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices
Experience with Paylocity or Workday highly preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skill
Pay Details: $35.00 to $36.00 per hour
