HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong HRIS expertise to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing employee relations, Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications:

• 4- 6 years of HR Generalist experience

• Required: Hands-on experience with HRIS

• Preferred: Healthcare HR experience

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Experience conducting employee training and onboarding

• Flexible, adaptable, and a collaborative team player

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive employee relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations and HR compliance

• Heavy Employee Relations

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee training

• Maintain employee records and HRIS data in Paycom

• Partner with leadership to support a positive workplace culture

Pay Details: $32.00 to $37.00 per hour
