HR Generalist
Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: Up to $35/hour | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our People, Culture & Operations team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for both administrative and operational HR support. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and facilities coordination—all while helping to shape a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR & People Operations
Lead onboarding and offboarding processes with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Support recruitment efforts and ensure ATS data integrity
Assist with updates to the employee handbook and internal policies
Manage employee contact lists and support HRIS/HCM systems
Coordinate internal training and professional development sessions
Administrative & Facilities Support
Schedule meetings and serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries
Coordinate building access, security requests, and postal needs
Maintain staff parking lists and ensure breakroom supplies are stocked
Manage vendor relationships and facilities contracts
Oversee inventory of office supplies and support general office operations
Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
