About the Role
As the HR Generalist, you will be the go-to resource for local leaders and employees, driving the implementation of HR processes and initiatives that foster an efficient, inclusive, and high-performing workforce. You’ll play a key role in employee relations, performance management, recruiting, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries including performance, benefits, attendance, payroll, and workplace concerns
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on engagement, development, and retention
Conduct workplace investigations and ensure compliance with HR policies
Recruiting & Performance Management
Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
Analyze compensation data to inform offers and reviews
Manage temporary staffing relationships and performance
Facilitate training programs and performance review cycles
Drive workforce analysis and diversity initiatives
Systems & Compliance
Stay current on employment law and HR best practices
Support HR systems including Ceridian Dayforce and SuccessFactors
Administer attendance tracking and benefits inquiries (FMLA, disability)
Ensure compliance with EEO, FLSA, OSHA, ADA, and other regulations
Assist with annual HR processes such as pay planning and audits
Continuous Improvement
Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Identify risks and opportunities for HR process enhancements
Provide HR metrics for reporting and decision-making
Participate in cross-functional projects aligned with HR goals
What We’re Looking For
Experience
5–7 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing setting
Proven success in recruiting, training, and compensation program delivery
Skills & Abilities
Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
Effective communicator with influence across all levels
Discreet, ethical, and committed to confidentiality
Experience with Ceridian or similar time and attendance systems
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Master’s degree or HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
Work Environment
Onsite role based in Orlando, FL
Office and manufacturing plant exposure
Minimal travel (<10%)

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
