We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing healthcare organization in Wethersfield, CT. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting employees, managing HR operations, and driving day-to-day HR initiatives within a healthcare setting.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned colleague groups
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
Support daily HR operations, employee records, and administrative processes
Maintain and update HR systems and employee data accurately
Assist with onboarding, policy guidance, and HR-related inquiries
Coordinate HR documentation and support various administrative functions
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to support a positive employee experience
What You Bring:
2–3 years of HR Generalist experience required
Strong employee relations experience is a must
Experience working with HR systems and maintaining employee data
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
Professional, detail-oriented, and highly dependable
Healthcare industry experience is a plus
Top candidates are proactive, organized, and confident handling employee-facing HR responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $29.00 per hour
