HR Generalist (Employee Relations / FMLA / Manufacturing) – Winston-Salem, NC

I’m partnering with a confidential, global manufacturing organization experiencing significant growth to hire an HR Generalist to support a fast-paced, employee-focused HR team.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you’ll partner closely with front-line leaders, own key HR processes, and help drive culture in a growing operation.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a go-to resource for employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR guidance
Manage FMLA, LOA, ADA, and leave administration end-to-end
Conduct employee investigations and support corrective action plans
Partner with managers on 30/60/90-day reviews and performance improvement
Support training delivery, engagement initiatives, and policy rollouts
Assist with compliance projects (I-9, work authorization, HR audits)
Act as a key HR partner across day, 2nd, and occasional 3rd shifts
What You Bring
3+ years of HR Generalist / Employee Relations experience
Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, benefits, and U.S. employment law
Experience in manufacturing or hourly workforce environments preferred
Ability to build relationships and coach front-line managers
Organized, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
