We’re seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic HR Investigator to join our client's team in Watertown, WI. In this role, you’ll lead internal investigations related to employee relations, workplace conduct, and policy violations. You’ll work closely with HR leadership and legal teams to ensure fair, thorough, and timely resolution of sensitive matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct confidential investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, and policy violations.
- Interview employees, document findings, and maintain accurate case records.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Legal to assess risk and recommend appropriate actions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Develop and deliver training on workplace conduct and investigation procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, employee relations, or investigations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with employment law and investigative best practices.
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
