HR Manager

LHH is currently working in partnership with a client for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Ocala, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures compliance of HR policies and procedures

• Benefit Administration

• Conduct onboarding and orientation process

• Facilitate annual performance review process

• Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain HRIS system

• Implement Employee Engagement and Recognition Initiatives

Required Education and Experience:

• 3 years of HR Generalist Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm ON-SITE

Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000
