LHH is currently working in partnership with a client for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Ocala, Florida.
Responsibilities:
Ensures compliance of HR policies and procedures
Benefit Administration
Conduct onboarding and orientation process
Facilitate annual performance review process
Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain HRIS system
Implement Employee Engagement and Recognition Initiatives
Required Education and Experience:
3 years of HR Generalist Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm ON-SITE
Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000
