LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experience HR Manager to support a great client in Jupiter, FL. If you meet the minimum qualifications below, apply today! 

Work Type: Full time, onsite, direct hire
Compensation: $85k-$100k/year 
Location: Jupiter, FL 

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full?cycle recruiting for all roles.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for candidates and external recruiters.
  • Coordinate interviews, including screening and scheduling.
  • Ensure timely hiring aligned with organizational needs.

Employee Benefits & HR Operations

  • Lead open enrollment, including employee communication and benefits coordination.
  • Address employee benefits questions and manage annual updates.
  • Collaborate with the payroll manager/HR ops support (reports to Controller).

Compensation & Performance

  • Support annual performance review and compensation cycle.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with leadership timelines.

Generalist HR Support

  • Provide guidance across all HR functions.
  • Address employee and leadership inquiries.
  • Maintain compliance and consistent HR practices.

 


Qualifications

  • Strong HR generalist background with experience in recruiting and benefits administration.
  • Experience with performance management processes preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a small HR function.
  • Comfortable working directly with leadership, including CFO and CEO.
  • Familiarity with ADP (HR/payroll system) is a plus.
  • Ability to start within a few weeks is ideal.


Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
