LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a globally recognized creative content company in SF that sits at the center of pop culture, publishing, and passionate fan communities. They need a hands-on HR Manager to own the full HR generalist function.

What you’ll do:

  • Own recruiting, compliance, engagement, benefits & comp

  • Run performance and compensation cycles

  • Partner directly with leadership

  • Elevate HR operations and employee experience

  • Start hands-on, then scale initiatives

Must haves:

  • ADP Workforce Now

  • Greenhouse

  • Asana

  • True generalist depth

  • Comfort in a creative, casual environment


 



Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
