LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Tempe who is in search of a full time HR Office Administrator to join their team. This job will handle HR tasks, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee files, as well as oversee the day to day office tasks. This is Monday-Friday, fully onsite. The hourly range is between $26/hr-$29/hr DOE.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Tempe who is in search of a full time HR Office Administrator to join their team. This job will handle HR tasks, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee files, as well as oversee the day to day office tasks. This is Monday-Friday, fully onsite. This is a fully onsite role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support:
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support benefits administration, enrollments, and employee inquiries
- Coordinate recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and posting job openings
- Assist with payroll support, timekeeping, and HR reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Office Management Duties:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and internal communications
- Serve as the point of contact for facility-related needs
- Support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR, office administration, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with HRIS systems is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
