HR Operations Manager

Job Title: HR Operations Manager (Contract)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: Through December 31, 2025

Pay Rate: $42–$49/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic HR Operations Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role will focus on process mapping, developing playbooks, and supporting benefits operations by updating and optimizing processes. The ideal candidate will bring global HR experience and a strong understanding of Workday or similar HCM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and document end-to-end HR process mapping across multiple functions.

• Develop and maintain HR playbooks to support consistent execution and knowledge sharing.

• Partner with benefits teams to review, update, and streamline processes in alignment with compliance and employee experience goals.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

• Support change management and communication efforts related to HR operations updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a global environment.

• Strong background in process documentation, workflow optimization, and policy development.

• Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HCM platforms.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting benefits administration and compliance.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Pay Details: $42.00 to $48.00 per hour
