About the Role

As a third?party recruiting partner, we are assisting our client in identifying an HR professional who is detail?oriented, organized, and confident handling employee support and HR processes in a fast?paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, new hire paperwork, and compliance documentation
• Assist with recruitment activities such as posting jobs, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity
• Assist in benefits support, employee relations inquiries, and HR communication initiatives
• Coordinate training sessions, safety programs, and special HR projects
• Partner with leadership to implement HR process improvements and employee engagement activities

What You’ll Bring

• At least 1 year of HR support experience preferred; HR internship or HR administrative experience welcome
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus
• A proactive, positive, and service?oriented mindset
