Job Title: HR Business Partner (Contract – Temp)
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $55-$65/ per hour

Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support organizational initiatives during active mergers & acquisitions (M&A) activity. This contract role is ideal for an HR professional with strong experience in change management, culture integration, and navigating complex organizational transitions. The HRBP will work closely with leadership to ensure a smooth and people?focused integration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership teams to support M&A initiatives, including due diligence and post?acquisition integration
- Develop and implement change management strategies that support organizational goals
- Lead efforts related to culture alignment and employee engagement during integration
- Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and communication planning
- Provide HR guidance in areas such as policy alignment, employee relations, and restructuring
- Collaborate with cross?functional teams to maintain consistent and transparent communication
- Support managers and employees through transition periods to promote stability and clarity
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within organizations undergoing M&A activity
- Demonstrated experience in change management and culture integration
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem?solving skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Philadelphia, PA
- Highly adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in fast?moving environments
