An investment?focused organization is seeking an experienced HCM Business Analyst with strong Dayforce expertise to support its Corporate Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functions. This role will begin as a contract with the potential to convert to a permanent position.
The HCM Business Analyst will act as a functional expert for the Dayforce platform, partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize system performance, reporting, and core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional subject matter expert for the Dayforce HCM platform
- Translate business and HR requirements into system configurations and enhancements
- Configure and support HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, and Talent Management
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support HR and leadership needs
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR and payroll systems
- Identify and implement process improvements within HR and Talent workflows
- Act as a liaison between HR and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Support system testing, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements
- Create documentation and provide end?user support and training as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3–8+ years of experience in HRIS, HCM, or Business Analyst roles
- Hands?on experience with Dayforce (Ceridian Dayforce)
- Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, benefits, and talent management processes
- Proven experience with system configuration, reporting, and data analysis
- Strong analytical, problem?solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functional and technical teams
