Dayforce (formerly Ceridian Dayforce) is a cloud-based, comprehensive Human Capital Management (HCM) platform designed to manage the entire employee lifecycle in one system. It unifies HR, payroll, benefits, workforce management, and talent management into a single application to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. It is widely used for real-time payroll and workforce scheduling.

Human Capital Management (HCM) Business Analyst (Dayforce)
Contract to start with possibility of conversion
An HCM (Human Capital Management) Analyst optimizes HR processes by managing and analyzing HR software systems (Dayforce) to support workforce planning, payroll, and Talent Management. They translate business requirements into system configurations, generate data insights, and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• System Configuration: Designing and maintaining system functionality in platforms like Dayforce
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Creating dashboards, running reports, and ensuring data integrity.
• Process Improvement: Optimizing business processes for recruitment, performance management, and compensation.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Acting as a liaison between HR and IT to resolve technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in HR cloud platforms (Dayforce).
• HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR operations, payroll, and talent management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
• Experience: Generally requires 3-8+ years of experience in HRIS, HCM systems, or related roles.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour
