LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Manager in St. Louis, MO. This role provides strategic leadership and oversight of all human resources functions, aligning people strategies with business objectives. This role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and is responsible for talent management, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
Title: Human Resources Manager
Type: Direct Hire/Permanent
Location: St. Louis, MO (on-site)
Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 annual

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
Lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention
Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Direct compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs
Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a high?performance culture
Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data?driven decision making
Manage HR policies, procedures, and employee communications
Oversee HR budget and vendor relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is helpful, but not required
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
Proven experience partnering with senior leadership
Excellent communication, judgment, and relationship?building skills

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
