LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Manager in St. Louis, MO. This role provides strategic leadership and oversight of all human resources functions, aligning people strategies with business objectives. This role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and is responsible for talent management, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
 
Title: Human Resources Manager
Type: Direct Hire/Permanent
Location: St. Louis, MO (on-site)
 
Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 annual

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

  • Lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention

  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational design

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes

  • Direct compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs

  • Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a high?performance culture

  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data?driven decision making

  • Manage HR policies, procedures, and employee communications

  • Oversee HR budget and vendor relationships

 
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is helpful, but not required

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices

  • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership

  • Excellent communication, judgment, and relationship?building skills

  • Strategic thinking and execution

  • Leadership and team development

  • Employee relations and conflict resolution

  • Change management

  • Confidentiality and discretion



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
