LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for an Human Resources Generalist to join the team. This is a full-time Monday through Friday onsite position. Salary range is $65,000-$72,000 dending on years of experience. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment, job posting, interviewing, onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews. Additionally, schedule interviews with hiring managers and obtain hiring profiles.
  • Initiate onboarding, compliance, employment verification including I-9s.
  • Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA standards, and company policies.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives tailored to operational teams.
  • Support weekly payroll processing, garnishments, and tax filings.
  • Prepare HR reports including labor, retention, compensation.
  • Process benefits enrollment in accordance with 401k, Health, Medical, Dental 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
  • Assist with COBRA administration and documentation of employee interactions.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
  • Minimum 3 years of recent progressive HR Generalist experience
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Certifications

  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred not required.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
