-We are partnering with a high‑growth, private equity–backed healthcare organization that has experienced 200% year‑over‑year growth through acquisitions.

-This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career professional who wants hands‑on payroll exposure in a complex, multi‑entity environment and a clear path for advancement into Payroll leadership, Accounting, or HR as the company continues to scale.

-Manages Human Resource department assuring timely filing of all employees documents and maintains confidentiality and security of all employee information and files.

-Monitors overtime and brings to market manager's attention when excessive.

-Process all new hire wages for management's approval.

-Ensures hiring process is in compliance with company policy, state and federal guidelines.

-Oversees HR functions, seeing that orderly, efficient, and correct procedures are followed.

-Maintains all Federal I-9 and W-4 forms as required by law.
