HR Generalist – Richmond, VA (On‑Site)

LHH is recruiting for an HR Generalist to support a small office in Richmond, VA. This is a fully on‑site role and will serve as the sole HR resource at this location. The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning both HR and recruiting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify, process, and support payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for open positions, including posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting offers.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters.

  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.

  • Support performance management processes, including reviews, documentation, and coaching guidance.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.

  • Maintain employee records and support compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Partner with local leadership on day‑to‑day HR and workforce needs.

  • Handle additional HR and administrative duties as needed.



Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
