LHH is looking for an energetic and dedicated Human Resources professional to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will bring strong decision making and critical thinking skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a hands-on approach to HR operations.

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including hires, promotions, transfers, and separations
- Ensure weekly and biweekly payroll is processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Support recruiting efforts by creating job descriptions, screening applicants, and participating in interviews
- Communicate and clarify HR policies, procedures, and standards to promote understanding and compliance
- Ensure hiring and employment practices align with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines
- Review HR and employment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for policy improvement
- Strong judgment, problem solving, and analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven and results oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism
- Familiarity with labor and employment law, organizational development, and HR best practices is highly preferred
- Must have at least 3+ years of experience
Pay/Benefits:
- Pay: $27/hr - $33/hr depending on experience.
