I’m partnering with an established manufacturer to hire an HR Manager for its Mount Airy, NC facility.

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being visible on the plant floor and wants to own a broad mix of employee relations, recruiting, training, benefits, safety, OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation, and HR operations.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of HR-related experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Strong employee relations and communication skills

• Manufacturing experience preferred

• HR or OSHA certification is a plus

Compensation: Up to $90K + bonus eligibility

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
