Hybrid Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Indianapolis, Muncie, Bloomington, or Lafayette, IN (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Compensation: $70,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience)

LHH is working with a healthcare client in Indiana to hire a Healthcare Recruiter with proven success supporting clinical hiring needs. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility and the opportunity to partner closely with healthcare leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruiting for clinical healthcare roles (nurses, allied health, and other clinical staff)

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and hiring managers

  • Partner with sourcing teams to build strong candidate pipelines

  • Manage offer process including offer letters, negotiation, and onboarding

  • Track and report on recruiting metrics and performance

  • Maintain a high level of organization across multiple requisitions

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience required

  • Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a metrics-driven environment

  • Experience recruiting for clinical positions is required

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

  • Team-oriented, mission-driven mindset

Additional Details:

  • Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite required in one of the listed Indiana locations)

  • Equipment provided (laptop + cell phone)

  • Pre-employment requirements: background check, drug screen, TB test, and proof of immunizations



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
