Location: Indianapolis, Muncie, Bloomington, or Lafayette, IN (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Compensation: $70,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience)
LHH is working with a healthcare client in Indiana to hire a Healthcare Recruiter with proven success supporting clinical hiring needs. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility and the opportunity to partner closely with healthcare leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruiting for clinical healthcare roles (nurses, allied health, and other clinical staff)
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and hiring managers
Partner with sourcing teams to build strong candidate pipelines
Manage offer process including offer letters, negotiation, and onboarding
Track and report on recruiting metrics and performance
Maintain a high level of organization across multiple requisitions
Qualifications:
2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience required
Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a metrics-driven environment
Experience recruiting for clinical positions is required
Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
Team-oriented, mission-driven mindset
Additional Details:
Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite required in one of the listed Indiana locations)
Equipment provided (laptop + cell phone)
Pre-employment requirements: background check, drug screen, TB test, and proof of immunizations
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
