The Implementation Accountant will support day‑to‑day accounting operations while the core accounting team is dedicated to a major system implementation. This role ensures continuity, accuracy, and timeliness across core accounting functions during the transition period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations while internal resources are focused on system implementation

  • Handle general ledger activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month‑end close support

  • Maintain accuracy of financial records and ensure transactions are properly recorded

  • Support AP, AR, and cash activities as needed to keep operations running smoothly

  • Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and documentation for management and auditors

  • Assist with financial reporting and ad hoc analysis

  • Serve as a steady operational resource and point of continuity during the implementation phase

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 3+ years of hands‑on accounting experience

  • Strong general ledger and month‑end close experience

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, change‑driven environment

  • Experience supporting ERP or system implementations is a plus

  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Oracle, highly preferred



Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
