We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Indirect Buyer to join a manufacturing client of ours. The Indirect Buyer will be responsible for procuring indirect goods and services, ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase indirect materials and services (e.g., corporate services, MRO, fleet).

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.

  • Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to optimize procurement strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.



Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
