Inside Sales Coordinator
Location: Solana Beach, CA | Direct Hire | Hybrid After 90 Days


A growing and reputable company in Solana Beach is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, career growth, and a hybrid work schedule after the initial 90-day onsite training period.


The Inside Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


The pay for this position is between $50,000 and $55,000 annually.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for inbound sales inquiries and client follow-ups

  • Prepare and process quotes, proposals, and order documentation

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate sales reports as needed

  • Support the sales team with scheduling, product information, and account updates

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Bachelor degree is required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
