Location: Solana Beach, CA | Direct Hire | Hybrid After 90 Days
A growing and reputable company in Solana Beach is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, career growth, and a hybrid work schedule after the initial 90-day onsite training period.
The Inside Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The pay for this position is between $50,000 and $55,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for inbound sales inquiries and client follow-ups
Prepare and process quotes, proposals, and order documentation
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate CRM records and generate sales reports as needed
Support the sales team with scheduling, product information, and account updates
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bachelor degree is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
