LHH is partnering with a growing organization in Indianapolis to identify an experienced Installer for a full‑time, direct hire opportunity. This role is responsible for the installation and service of Division 8 doors, frames, and hardware in commercial environments. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on installation experience, a strong safety mindset, and a customer‑focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and service Division 8 doors, frames, and hardware in accordance with manufacturer specifications

• Load, unload, and inspect materials daily to ensure quality and accuracy

• Review job paperwork prior to leaving the warehouse to confirm completeness and correctness

• Provide professional, high‑quality customer service on all job sites

• Operate company vehicles, including box trucks, in a safe and compliant manner

• Follow OSHA safety standards and verify job site readiness prior to installation

• Complete accurate daily progress and installation reports

• Communicate effectively with superintendents, customers, and internal team members

• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

• Support team standards and demonstrate professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction or carpentry, with Division 8 installation experience preferred

• Ability to read tape measures, construction drawings, schedules, wiring diagrams, and product specifications in English

• Strong attention to detail with a customer‑service mindset

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs without assistance

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Valid driver’s license with ability to pass a DOT physical

• Experience driving a company box truck preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience

• Full‑time, direct hire opportunity with long‑term stability
