LHH is seeking Interim Legal Assistants for law firms in the DFW area. The Interim Legal Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals, ensuring smooth operations during temporary staffing gaps.
Benefits
- Pay ranges from $22.00 - $40.00 DOE

Responsibilities
- Manage and organize case files and documentation.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Handle correspondence and client communications
- Assist with billing and time entry
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience working as a Legal Assistant in a Texas Law Firm
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Legal and Billing software proficiency a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
