Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues

  • Facilitate the full import and export shipment process from start to finish

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and ensure smooth operations

  • Track shipments, communicate updates, and address delays or exceptions

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/systems

  • Support projects and continuous process improvements

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of related operations or logistics experience

  • Import and export shipment experience

  • Air and ocean freight knowledge preferred

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Work overtime as needed

 

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm

  • Employment Type: Direct hire 

  • Compensation: $65,000-75,000 annually    

  • Location: Coppell, TX 75019
