Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues
Facilitate the full import and export shipment process from start to finish
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and ensure smooth operations
Track shipments, communicate updates, and address delays or exceptions
Maintain accurate records in CRM/systems
Support projects and continuous process improvements
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards
Qualifications:
4+ years of related operations or logistics experience
Import and export shipment experience
Air and ocean freight knowledge preferred
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work overtime as needed
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm
Employment Type: Direct hire
Compensation: $65,000-75,000 annually
Location: Coppell, TX 75019
