A leading manufacturing company in Carlsbad is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join their team! This is a direct hire opportunity where you’ll play a key role in optimizing inventory accuracy and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish, have strong analytical skills, and experience managing inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Role Details:

• Location: Onsite in Carlsbad 
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
• Salary: $60,000-$65,000/yearly
• Job Type: Direct Hire 

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records
• Collaborate with production and purchasing teams to maintain optimal stock levels
• Prepare inventory reports and provide insights to management
• Assist with inventory audits and compliance documentation
• Identify process improvements to enhance inventory control and efficiency
• Support general administrative tasks related to inventory management

 
Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
• 2+ years of experience in inventory analysis or related role
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
